"The new kiosks, which join those already existing in the Vittoria and FS subway stations, are a multimedia and high tech solution to allow everyone to get live information about the city and to be able to experience it in the best way possible, each according to their needs. The kiosks are located inside the San Faustino subway station and at the the Tourist and Mobility Infopoint at Via Trieste 1 so as to be available to as many people as possible. "Brescias aim was to provide an integrated and innovative information and communication system using Infopoints located in two strategic positions: the Tourism and Mobility Infopoint in Via Trieste 1 and the Tourism and Mobility Infopoint at Viale della Stazione 47 - open every day, including Sundays and holidays, from 9 am to 7 pm - meeting the needs of customers in the best way possible by providing multilingual assistance and information. "The appreciation of residents and tourists for the service offered by the Infopoints is evident in the results of the latest customer satisfaction survey, carried out one year after the inauguration of the Via Trieste site in May 2016: 86.8% of the respondents had an extremely positive overall opinion of the service offered.
