Nuovi Trasporti Lombardi: green light for the joint venture between ATB Mobilità Bergamo, Brescia Mobilità and FNM
On Tuesday, 5 December 2017 the Boards of Directors of ATB Mobilità S.p.A., Brescia Mobilità S.p.A. and FNM S.p.A. approved the joint venture project which will see them as equal 33.3% owners of the company NTL (Nuovi Trasporti Lombardi) S.r.l.
The transaction envisages that ATB Mobilità, Brescia Mobilità and FNM will contribute stakes (49%) of their transport companies to NTL investments - respectively ATB Servizi, Brescia Trasporti and FNM Autoservizi - which will be added to the already existing stake of 45% of APAM Esercizio S.p.A. (operator of local public transport services in the municipality and province of Mantua).
The total value of the transaction is approximately €43.6 million and the cumulative production value of the four operating companies will be approximately €130 million in 2020.
