"Brescias aim was to provide an integrated and innovative information and communication system using Infopoints located in two strategic positions: the Tourism and Mobility Infopoint in Via Trieste 1 and the Tourism and Mobility Infopoint at Viale della Stazione 47 - open every day, including Sundays and holidays, from 9 am to 7 pm - meeting the needs of customers in the best way possible by providing multilingual assistance and information. "The appreciation of residents and tourists for the service offered by the Infopoints is evident in the results of the latest customer satisfaction survey, carried out one year after the inauguration of the Via Trieste site in May 2016: 86.8% of the respondents had an extremely positive overall opinion of the service offered. "In one year the Infopoints welcomed 29,000 tourists responding to more than 34,000 requests for materials and information, to which must be added those received via telephone, email and the new WhatsApp service.

The Brescia Mobilit Group presents the Groups first Social Report aimed at providing its stakeholders - customers, institutions, employees, citizens -The Brescia Mobilit Group presents the Groups first Social Report aimed at providing its stakeholders - customers, institutions, employees, citizens - a unified and transparent vision of the integrated mobility system that Brescia Mobilit, Brescia Trasporti and Metro Brescia manage throughout Brescia and neighbouring municipalities in order to demonstrate how the integration of the various services is the fundamental element that determines the success of a sustainable mobility system that can benefit the entire community. While not having a regulatory obligation, the Brescia Mobilit Group has voluntarily considered itself to have a moral obligation to fulfil due to its role in the city, managing services that are devoted to all citizens. Through the 18 chapters of the Social Report, the Brescia Mobilit Group seeks to have a direct and open dialogue with its stakeholders and emphasise the importance of issues that have a social and ethical impact on service management.
