NEW TRAVEL RULES
The public transport service has never stopped while adapting to the situation generated by the COVID-19 emergency. Therefore, we work to ensure that metros and buses travel without exceeding 80% of their capacity and we carefully monitor the distribution of travellers on trains. lines and stops to ensure a safe service to everyone.
We invite all users of buses and metros to comply with 5 simple rules to protect their health and the health of others.
1. Always wear an FFP2 mask properly while traveling and upon entering metro stations, in compliance with Law Decree no. 221 of 24 December 2021.
2. For non-exempted categories, always bring a valid super green pass, pursuant to Law Decree no. 229 of 30 December 2021.
3. Always keep 1 metre distance from the others on the quay and at the stop.
4. Get on the bus or metro only if the seats are available. If no seats are available, please wait for the next ride: all travellers are kindly invited to comply with the directions of our staff and of the signs placed on buses and trains and in metro stations.
5. Follow the signs to enter and exit the metro station and the signs to get on and off trains and buses.
We kindly remind users that to ensure the safety of all travellers we clean and sanitise all our buses and metro trains every day and sanitising gel dispensers are always available to everyone on buses and in metro stations.

From 1 February 2022, in compliance with the Prime Ministerial Decree of 21 January 2022, the basic Green Pass will be required to access the Tourism and Mobility Infopoints, the InfoTicketPoint, the Brescia Trasporti private workshop, the Bike Point, the Bike Station and the Desenzano del Garda offices.
