DESCRIBE "YOUR" BRESCIA WITH A SONNET

Contest within the #MetroPoesia project

The MetroPoesia project will invade the 17 stations of the Brescia subway with verses, rhymes and songs starting from World Poetry Day on 21 March.

However, the event will not be restricted to the vast repertoire left us by poets and writers of the past, but rather will involve the entire population of Brescia.

For the entire duration of the initiative (from 20 March to 30 April) we ask the residents of Brescia to post an original sonnet on Facebook describing the city of Brescia from their point of view.

The sonnet must be posted on Facebook and accompanied by the hashttag #metropoesia. It is also possible to send compositions via private message to the "Metro Brescia" Facebook page.

Some of the authors of the most popular sonnets as voted on Facebook will receive a nice gift!
