Bresciapp!
BRESCIAPP! was developed in 2018, thanks to a partnership between the Municipality of Brescia, the Brescia Centro Consortium and the Brescia Mobilità Group and with the participation of the Lombardy Region, which financed the development of the app as part of the joint BRESCIA CRESCE project, presented by the Municipality of Brescia in the “STO@ 2020 - Successful Shops in Town-centers through Traders, Owners & Arts Alliance!” regional call for tenders. The app contains all the information you need to experience everything the city has to offer and is designed for those who live there but also for tourists and visitors coming to Brescia.
Thanks to its simple, intuitive graphics, which are both colourful and fun, BRESCIAPP! looks like a simple, instant tool: there are several integrated functions and 5 main sections, in turn divided into subsections to offer users a wide range of options suitable for any problem.
Bresciapp! is constantly evolving and new upgrades are regularly released: tourism, culture, shopping, mobility but also the public transport service in real time, minute by minute.
Even if you’re not at a bus stop, you can see all the information regarding bus transit on your smartphone, in real time: you can select a particular stop, bus or line and, whatever section of the app you are in, the actual transit time will automatically be displayed, marked by the typical green real time icon that makes the new function immediately recognisable, even by people who are not regular public transport service users.
The app can be downloaded for free from Google Play and the Apple Store.
